We are extremely flexible in our policies and procedures. We do not up-charge shortages as we also offer our products for sale at wholesale pricing.

Event Coordination/Beverage Services
Our personal touch in event planning, implementation, and coordination can create a difference to make your event memorable.
Coordination of your beverage services, and assistance in developing specifications / coordination with catering/food/venue, including pre-event planning through completion.
Food and Beverage audit service available.
No event is too large or small.
Policies
Rental Polices- We require a credit card for all orders. We accept check or cash payment for the rental items in addition to keeping a credit card on file for your order. Credit card is kept on file for damaged items. Unreturned products or additional charges.
Pickup/Return- You may schedule to pick up your items from our warehouse the day preceding your event. You are responsible for returning your items the business day after your event. Special rentals prices for long term. Failure to return items on time may result in an addition rental charges.
Delivery/ Pickup- Pricing is based on a flat fee plus distance from our location. Delivery is to first floor. Delivery does not include set-up or break down of items unless specified.
After use, items should be ready for pick-up, in the same drop off location.
Cancellation for Rental Items - Cancel 14 days prior to event 50% credit
Cancel 7 days prior to event no refund
